Good location....staff slightly off...had booked through booking.com and asked for a GST invoice at the time of booking itself...first time I'm hearing from a hotel front desk that they don't give invoice...I don't the logic but am both amused and irritated! Tried ordering a humus platter which is on the in the room dining menu...they say don't have it as needs to be ordered in advance...another first! Don't wanna spoil my holiday ....but clearly not living to expectations.. especially because of the staff I feel!!

The stay in Kabini was really good. Very kind staff and immediate response to any query or need. The place is clean and has a very good vibe. Food quality was really good too. Special mention to Mr.Shekhar who was really kind in both stay and safari. His smiling face makes us have a smile too. Thanks to him.

Overall average experience. Everything is chargeable. Staff is courteous. Rooms are ok. Not many initiatives from the resort.

A terrific place to stay. The cottages are bright and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pool area is a dream. It would be even better if it were an adults only lodge. The screaming kids from other guests who let their kids do whatever they want gets a bit too much after a couple of days. This property is too nice for families with small children. Anyway, the restaurant is good and the location - a 5 minute drive to the gates of Nagarahole National Park. One thing that was an issue for me - hopefully they've sort it out, was the pre-payment. My debit card was constantly declined (not my fault) but must be a bug in their system - only accepting Indian card holders. They threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn't pay beforehand. It was very stressful. Luckily, at the last minute, they allowed me to pay on arrival. Anyway, all-in-all, a lovely spot!
